Founded in 2014 by John Giesing, Choice Control Audio Video was created with a clear vision: to provide a more personal and thoughtful approach to residential and commercial technology integration.
With years of industry experience behind him, John recognized that great technology
integration isn’t simply about installing the latest equipment. It’s about understanding the
person using it and creating a system that works seamlessly within their lifestyle.
Today, Choice Control Audio Video brings together decades of combined industry
experience across system design, installation, programming, automation, networking,
and AV integration. From a dedicated theater room to a fully connected smart home or
sophisticated commercial environment, we approach every project with the same

We combine decades of hands-on experience with a passion for thoughtful design and precision installation. From the first conversation through programming, installation, and ongoing support, our team remains focused on one thing: creating an experience that works exactly the way you expect it to.
John founded Choice Control Audio Video in 2014 after more than a decade working in the custom AV and automation industry.
His philosophy has always been simple: listen first, design second, and never settle for ordinary.
John oversees the company’s projects and client experience, bringing a hands-on approach to system design, technology selection, and integration. His passion for innovation and commitment to personal service have helped Choice Control Audio Video grow through lasting client relationships and word-of-mouth referrals.
Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife and their dogs, and making time to unwind at dog beach.

With more than 30 years in the custom installation industry, Jeff brings an extraordinary depth of experience to Choice Control Audio Video.
His expertise spans system design, installation, programming, and control integration—from simple single-room systems to sophisticated multi-room environments incorporating audio, video, lighting, shades, and automation.
Jeff joined Choice Control in 2021, helping expand the company’s capabilities while maintaining his commitment to meticulous workmanship and personalized solutions.
When he’s away from the job site, Jeff enjoys soccer and spending time with his wife and daughter.
